Looking forward to this - This weekend we saw a traditional Romany Caravan and horses at the side of the A6 - We assumed that it was travelling up to Appleby Horse Fair which takes place in Cumbria the first week of June each year.

The Romany and other traveller clans are a huge subject and this should be a small insight into one part of the traditions associated with these people

Well I found this talk really interesting. Parts of what she told us keep coming back to me in the few days since. I am finding it a bit difficult to get my head around how similar to Wicca Carrina’s faith and practices were growing up, which I was not expecting from my historical understanding to date. Actually that might be something to mention to Philip Heselton / ask him about when he visits us in October.
